As an update, last night's maintenance was not fully successful, and the fiber provider has scheduled additional maintenance for this evening. Users in the affected area may continue to experience intermittent or unavailable service until this work is completed. We will continue tracking the repair and provide further updates as they become available.

The fiber provider’s repair remains incomplete. The replacement cooling equipment could not be installed as planned, and an additional site visit is required. We have escalated the outage and requested a confirmed repair date and estimated restoration time, but neither is currently available. Affected customers may continue to experience intermittent or unavailable service. We apologize for the prolonged disruption and will provide another update as soon as we receive actionable information.
