Current Status: Power has been restored, and services have now been fully restored across the affected areas. Our technical teams have completed all repair and verification work, and the network is now operating normally. If your connection has not yet been restored, we recommend performing a manual reboot of your equipment. Please disconnect both your ONT (fiber modem) and router from power, wait approximately 5 minutes, then reconnect the ONT first. Once the ONT has fully powered on and all relevant lights are stable, reconnect your router to ensure it receives the restored network connection. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support throughout this interruption. If further assistance is needed with your connection please contact Voonami support at 801-995-4050. We are open 24/7 for support as needed.
